Toyib Ayoade, is a registered Estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 14 years of progressive professional experience in property valuation, investment appraisal, facility management, and land administration. He hold an MSc in Estate Management with First Class Honours from the University of Lagos (2025), a B.Sc. in Estate Management with Upper Credit from Lead City University (2023), and an HND from Moshood Abiola Polytechnic.
He is a Member of the Nigeria Institute of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (MNIVS), registered with the Estate Surveyors and Valuers Registration Board of Nigeria (ESVARBON), and also a member of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA). He his currently the branch manager of the Lagos branch.
