ESV Quadri is an estate Surveyor and Valuer with over 15 years working experience .He has worked at various firms, with Akinsola Alonge & co. Lagos Branch, Omo Ebgedi &co. Lagos Branch as an Estate Surveyor and later manager with Omo Ebgedi & co. in their Abuja branch, before establishing the firm.

His experience spanned various valuation assignments for both public and private clients, property management, rating assessment, feasibility and viability appraisal, among others.

Associate Partner

ESV. Quadri Folakemi is the partner in charge of Property and Facilities Management. She has a working experience spanning a period of about 12 years having started her career with Oludemi Jagun Dosunmu & Co. (Lagos) and Diya Fatimilehin & Co. (Lagos).

She was the branch manager in Chris Onjewu & Co, Jalingo State Branch for 2 years before she joined the firm. She has at various times been involved in valuation of assets for Nigerian Agricultural Cooperative and Rural Development Bank (NACRDB).

Associate Partner

ESV. Asafa is an experienced Estate Surveyor with over 14 years experience. He has previously worked with Umeuerike & Associates,(Lagos), Biodun Olapade & Co.(Lagos)and KMA Construction Ltd. before resigning to be part of the firm. He has been involved in a number of projects.

Partner

ESV. Akinlotan is vast in the field of Estate Surveying and Valuation haven worked with Supo Ojo & Co and Dapo Olaiya Consulting for a combined period of 15 years before joining the firm. He heads the Valuation department of the firm.

Manager

ESV. Gbadegesin is the Manager of the lagos office with experience from Diya Fatimileyin & Co, Bode Adedeji Partnership and Segun Adekunle & Co. He worked with the firm on the Valuation of the Head office of Coronation Merchant Bank as well as the valuations of other prominent clients.
